Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping: All orders over $99 are eligible for FREE shipping when using the promo code listed in the top notification bar on each page.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@boxedvinyl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Pre-orders

Target availability dates are in good faith based on our distributor's expected inventory dates. Production dates can often be pushed back due to factors that are out of our control and we are left waiting to receive our products to send to you. Our receipt dates are based on when the order is received by our distributor, so we cannot provide "guaranteed" dates for the shipment of pre-order products.

We will send periodic notifications of our pre-order inventory status to keep you informed of the timing of your shipment.
