Preorder Policy

By placing a preorder with Boxed Vinyl, you agree to the following terms:

  • Preorder Allocation
    All preorders are not guaranteed and are subject to Boxed Vinyl's final allocation from our distributors and suppliers. While we strive to fulfill all preorders, we may receive fewer units than anticipated.

  • First-Come, First-Served Fulfillment
    In the event that we receive fewer units than the number of preorders, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis based on the time of purchase.

  • Allocation-Based Cancellations
    If your preorder cannot be fulfilled due to allocation limits, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund. Refunds for allocation-based cancellations will be processed within two weeks of the product's official release date.

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations
    You may request to cancel your preorder prior to shipment. However, cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Preorder shipments will be processed within 7 day of the official manufacture launch date.

  • Booster Box Sales Are Final
    All sales of booster boxes are final. We do not accept returns on these items.

  • Shipping Issues – Lost or Damaged Packages
    All packages are shipped with insurance coverage for loss or damage.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
    • Contact us immediately at info@boxedvinyl.com.
    • Provide your order number, full name, shipping address, and phone number.
    • For damaged items, include photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the contents inside the box.

Failure to provide this information in a timely and complete manner may delay the claim process and may affect our ability to issue a refund.
